Players, coaches, and partners receive a dedicated email from The Coaches' Voice, inviting them to download Tourno using a unique tournament code.

All attendees connected, informed, and ready before arrival. Schedules, updates, and key event info in one place.

During Event

The Central Hub

Due to venue restrictions at Finch Farm, on-site branding and interaction are limited.

Tourno remains the central communication hub, integrated through The Coaches' Voice platforms, delivering real-time updates, schedules, and key information directly to users.

Post-Event

Extend the Lifecycle

A professionally produced case study featuring insights and interviews (including Magnus) will showcase the event experience and impact.

Follow-up communication sent to all attendees, supported by high-quality imagery from the Coaches' Voice media team, reinforcing engagement while adhering to venue brand guidelines.
